Note: Humanergy® believes that 360° feedback is only effective when it is combined with a coaching process that guides the participant through understanding the feedback, developing an action plan and implementing a disciplined change process. Humanergy® will not administer the ELP360™ unless a coach is trained and certified to work with each participant.
